To illustrate how the facility will look from various vantage points in the surrounding area we created photo simulations. We flew a 5’ diameter balloon at the proposed tower’s location and height (125 feet). We captured photographs of the balloon from multiple vantage points within the neighboring areas. Photo simulations were created by superimposing and adjusting the scale of a monopole using the balloon’s height as a reference point.
